Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Crescent Real Estate LLC (Crescent) was founded by President John C. Goff. The real estate firm exceeds $10 billion in total assets under management, development, and investment capacity.

The company’s core business is real estate operations and investment consulting. The company acquires, develops, and operates all classes of real estate assets alongside institutional investors and high net worth clients, particularly through GP Invitation Fund I and GP Invitation Fund II.

Crescent’s real estate portfolio includes Class A and creative office, multifamily, residential, and senior living properties located throughout the United States.

PNC Bank operates as a member of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., one of the United States’ largest diversified financial services institutions. With over 160 years of experience, the company was founded to provide financial expertise and services.

PNC Bank is extending the terms of an existing lease agreement by an additional 16,900 square feet while expanding the space in The Crescent (a Crescent Real Estate property) to a total of 55,519 square feet.

The company had originally leased space in The Crescent in June 2017. During negotiations, Billy Gannon and Howard Watkins of Transwestern represented PNC Bank, while Tony Click and Jordyn Allen represented The Crescent.

Vice President of Leasing for Crescent, Tony Click, stated, “We welcomed PNC Bank to The Crescent in 2017, knowing they would be successful in the Dallas market. We are pleased that we can help PNC grow its footprint at The Crescent. Since we offer a premier asset surrounded by desired amenities in pedestrian-friendly Uptown Dallas, The Crescent has been able to attract and retain a high percentage of customers from financial, legal, and professional services.”
