The Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies recently announced the development of a baseball lover’s paradise, Culture Map Dallas reports.

The new development, called One Rangers Way, promises a unique sports-infused lifestyle. It will be built in the heart of Arlington’s Entertainment District at Nolan Ryan Expressway, nestled amongst Globe Life Field, the AT&T stadium, and Choctaw Stadium.

One Rangers Way is expected to be one of the most luxurious resort-style apartment communities in the United States.

Additionally, residents will be nearby the National Medal of Honor Museum, Texas Live!, Live! by Loews, and Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, ensuring extraordinary entertainment options.

According to Texas Rangers Managing Partner and Majority Owner Ray Davis, the apartments will provide a new dimension to the continuing development in the Arlington Entertainment District.

“This area is becoming a nationally renowned sports and entertainment destination with world-class facilities that have already been completed and several other projects that are well underway,” said Davis.

One Rangers Way will include 300 units, each constructed with high-end materials and appliances. Furthermore, the development will have high ceilings and feature floor-to-ceiling windows. Additionally, the décor will be inspired by baseball and the Texas Rangers.

The apartment community will encompass over 43,000 square feet of interior and exterior amenity space. Some luxuries include a sprawling exterior amenity deck, green spaces, an outdoor infinity pool, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, multiple high-end fitness facilities, and an office workspace.

Exclusive resident events and concierge services will be available as well.

Tenants will be able to choose among 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and penthouse floor plans. Plus, the complex will have a 423-space parking garage.

The cost of the new building is a total of $2.4 billion. It is part of a $4 billion plan by the City of Arlington, Texas Rangers, The Cordish Companies, and Loews Hotels & Co.

The goal is to have the Entertainment District become the greatest sports, entertainment, hotel, cultural, and lifestyle landing place in the country.

The apartments are expected open in 2024, with construction starting this fall.
