A local real estate agent is set to make her second television appearance on a new streaming series.

Lisa Johnson — an agent with Ebby Halliday Realtors in Frisco — will return in September to co-host a new episode of Negotiators Luxe, a Reveel original streaming series that follows real estate agents as they highlight the various properties and locations that make different cities unique.

“I love being a Negotiator Luxe agent in Dallas!” said Johnson, according to Local Profile. “Dallas is such a vibrant and diverse city with a lot to offer its residents.”

Johnson has spent 22 years in the business.

“My goal is to make the entire home buying/selling process smooth and glitch-free. As a Dallas native, it’s not hard for me to sell this beautiful city,” reads Johnson’s website. “My philosophy is: ‘Treat people the way you would like to be treated.’ I think it’s important to educate the homebuyer and seller so they understand the procedures involved.”

Johnson gave her fans a little sneak peek on Friday of where she will be heading for her upcoming episode of Negotiators Luxe.

“Horsing around today at Sandbrock Ranch with some of my favs for my next episode,” she posted on Facebook.

Sandbrock Ranch is a planned community “inspired by a natural connection to the land and its equestrian heritage.” The community is located in the fast-growing city of Aubrey in Denton County.

During the filming of her first episode, which took place in May, Johnson highlighted many of the distinguished properties and neighborhoods that set Dallas apart from other major real estate markets in the United States.

The TV series is available on Reveel, a free streaming service for iOS and Android devices, Roku, and Amazon’s Fire TV, among others.

For the next episode, Johnson plans to hook the audience with even “more excitement, creativity, and captivating storytelling,” which she and her team of collaborators believe will offer a much more enthralling look at the real estate market in the Dallas area.

“Getting to work with my friends in the city I grew up in is such a blessing,” Johnson told Local Profile. “I love to be creative, so this is right up my alley.”

Negotiators Luxe is still in its infancy, with the producers of the show only sending out a casting call for talent back in March. Johnson was one of many agents to answer the call, launching her from a local real estate agent to an engaging and story-driven TV personality.

“I am fortunate to have this opportunity to showcase the city I work in by capturing footage of some of Dallas’ beloved and popular destinations,” Johnson said, according to Local Profile.
