The Food & Wine Festival at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is set to kick off next month.

This year marks the seventh iteration of this annual event. Visitors can sample their choice of more than 100 wines and food prepared by 50 local chefs. The Food & Wine Festival, hosted by Chef Chair Sharon Van Meter and On Brand Hospitality’s Adrian Verdin, will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on March 21. VIP ticket holders will be granted early access at 6 p.m.

Expect high-profile chefs this year. As previously reported by The Dallas Express, multiple Big D chefs made the James Beard Award semifinals in 2024. This prestigious honor recognizes some of the top talent in the U.S. food scene.

Now, with this year’s Food & Wine Festival, guests will be treated to the cuisine from three of those recognized individuals: Chef Misti Norris of Petra and The Beast, Chef Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman of José, and Chef Regino Rojas of Purépecha.

“This food-filled festival will feature an evening with top Dallas chefs serving their delectable dishes, an amazing selection of wine & beer and entertainment during the height of Dallas Blooms,” reads the event’s website.

Patrons have two options for admission: general or VIP.

General Admission $149 ($129 for members)

  • Standard 7 p.m. entry.
  • Small glass wine goblet.

VIP Experience – $199 ($179 for Members)

  • Early 6 p.m. garden entry.
  • Valet parking.
  • Access to a champagne tower, a signature cocktail, and a large glass wine goblet with wine.
  • Take home swag.

“This is my favorite food event of the year, and if you love food or consider yourself a foodie, you need to gather some friends and join us in the most beautiful setting in Dallas,” Chef Van Meter told Advocate Magazine.
