The NorthPark Center held its 32nd annual Breakfast with Santa Spectacular on Sunday, December 4, raising thousands of dollars for hospitalized children and their families in the process.

The sold-out event featured a catered breakfast of tasty treats, dancing and caroling performances, and live reindeer.

Hosted by the Women’s Auxiliary to Children’s Medical Center Dallas, funds went toward programs and services for patients and their families that have to spend Christmas in the hospital.

Brent Christopher, president of the Children’s Medical Center Foundation, is proud of how much money the event made this year. “It is an incredible way to support the kids and families in the hospitals at Children’s Health. And because of everyone’s support this year, over $205,000 has been raised for the mission to make life better for children,” he said.

Visits with Santa at NorthPark can still be booked until Christmas Eve here, “and cost $25 for five minutes with Mr. Claus. Families with multiple children or who want more time can purchase additional time.

Know that 100% of these proceeds from visits with Santa are being donated to Children’s Health as a part of the Bring The Magic campaign, which seeks to “share the magical feeling of the holiday season with the patients at Children’s Health.”

Donors can do so through monetary online donations, buying ornaments or stocking stuffers, adopting a family, shopping on Children’s Amazon wishlist, hosting a fundraiser or donation drive, or giving a gift of cryptocurrency.

Apart from one-on-one visits with Santa, children can see Santa at NorthPark for stories and songs and learn about “life at the North Pole as Santa steps out of his cottage and onto the stage for a magical performance.”

Storytimes with Santa take place on level one in the Macy’s Court, Monday-Saturday at 10:30 a.m., Sunday at 12 p.m., and Christmas Eve at 10:30 a.m.
