BluSky Restoration Contractors has made a generous donation to Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston to help underserved youth by providing mentorship and enrichment opportunities.

Leaders of BluSky Restoration Contractors are pleased to announce their $25,000 donation to Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston. They want to support the nonprofit organization and help to serve Houston young people from underserved populations.

They formally presented the $25,000 donation in May 2021.

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston serves young people by creating and developing their after-school and summer programs. In these programs, young people work on building positive habits, citizenship, and healthy lifestyles as well as thinking about positive plans for their futures.

“The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Huston does the important work of mentoring young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to realize their full potential and become amazing individuals,” said a BluSky representative. “BluSky is proud to partner with such an esteemed and worthy organization which so greatly impacts the community.”

BluSky provides renovation, restoration, environmental and roofing services to residential, governmental, industrial, and commercial projects in the United States and Puerto Rico. They created BluSky Foundation in June in an effort to support the company’s many philanthropic values and ideas. In 2020, BluSky has donated $500,000 to 37 nonprofit organizations throughout the United States.

BluSky Foundation specifically focuses on restoring and rebuilding communities that have experienced a disaster. Their teams are dedicated to industry-related philanthropic causes such as donations, volunteering, events and disaster relief efforts for women and children. It’s important to them to invest not only financial resources, but also time for charitable endeavors. Each year on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, BluSky employees across the company participate in acts of community service as a team.
