Dallas Animal Services is encouraging North Texans to spend Valentine’s Day weekend with shelter dogs via adoption events, Valentine Staycations, and Doggie Daycations. Weekend fosters run February 13–16, with set pickup windows for shorter outings; participants must be 18+ and remain within Dallas city limits, NewsRadio 1080 KRLD reported.
