Dallas police recently arrested Angel Billegas on suspicion of an alleged fatal shooting.

Police say they were called to a shooting in the 2600 block of Dowdy Ferry Road that evening. At about 7:32 p.m., responding officers got to the scene and found 28-year-old Jeffrey Miller inside a vehicle. He had been shot.

The Dallas Police Department announced the incident on June 26, asking for the public’s assistance in finding the shooter and solving the case. An update came on the tweet on the morning of July 8 as the department announced that 28-year-old Billegas had been arrested in connection to the murder.

It is unclear how police determined Billegas as the suspect as the details of the investigation have not been released to the public.

Per CBS 11, Billegas faces a capital murder charge and is currently at the Dallas County jail. His bail is set at $2.5 million.

Once again the word “alleged” is being used in the wrong context. The shooting was, in fact, fatal thus it isn’t “alleged. The suspect can be alleged because the suspect is supposedly innocent until proven guilty if they are a Democrat. We all know that Republicans and Conservatives are guilty until proven innocent.
