Curative Talent Welcomes New Leadership to its Clinical Search Unit 


Curative Talent welcomed Jaeson Babb, Clinical Search President, followed by Justin Ballinger and Reginald Stephens, joining Mathew Long to complete the Clinical Senior Vice President team.

For over 15 years, Mr. Babb has been leading successful crews in the fields of Rehab, Travel, and Substitute. Stephens is bringing to Curative Talent the background and motivation of a successful professional athlete as well as six years of clinical recruiting and executive leadership knowledge at The Delta Companies. Long has been working for Curative for four years. He has had nearly 25 years of sales and management experience in two diverse industries. Ballinger has 14 years of clinical recruiting and executive leadership expertise with The Medicus Firm.
