Ryan Binkley, a Republican candidate for Texas’ 32nd Congressional District, has emphasized economic responsibility, border security, and faith-based leadership in his campaign, drawing on his background as a business executive, pastor, and former presidential candidate.
Binkley is the CEO and Co-Founder of Generational Group, a Dallas-based mergers and acquisitions advisory firm focused on the middle market. According to company materials, since its founding in 2006, the firm has completed more than 1,700 transactions and maintains 16 offices with over 450 staff members. It has received industry recognition, including Investment Banking Firm of the Year from The M&A Advisor.
Binkley is also the founder and senior pastor of Create Church, a multigenerational congregation in Richardson, Texas. He has highlighted faith as a guiding influence in his approach to public policy. “As a pastor and a father, I see the spiritual and cultural battle raging for the soul of our nation,” he wrote on his campaign website.
Binkley previously ran in the 2024 Republican presidential primary. He has continued to engage in policy and advocacy work related to economic and cultural issues. At The Dallas Express’ Texas Congressional District 32 candidate forum, Binkley stressed the urgency of the nation’s challenges, stating: “We need a spiritual revival. And we need an economic revival, and we need it in our country. And we need it now.”
In campaign messaging, Binkley has said: “What President Trump did as a CEO to the White House, I want to do as a CEO to the People’s House. Balance the budget, hold Washington accountable, fix our broken healthcare system, and protect our children from gender mutilation surgeries.”
He added, “If you want a fighter who has a track record of success, service, and who can’t be bought by special interests, then on March 3, I ask you to cast your vote for Ryan Binkley.”
Fiscal policy and inflation are central to his campaign. On his website, he wrote that “We are staring at a $38 trillion fiscal cliff,” referring to his views on balancing the federal budget and reducing government spending. In an interview with CBS 11 News, he discussed inflation’s impact, saying: “The dollar isn’t going as far as it used to in healthcare, business, and housing.”
Border security is another key area of focus. On his campaign website, Binkley described the southern border situation as “not just a crisis—it is a surrender of our national sovereignty,” adding, “If you broke our laws to get here, you cannot stay.”
Beyond immigration and fiscal issues, Binkley has advocated for expanding American energy production—including oil, natural gas, and nuclear power—along with school choice, healthcare price transparency, religious liberty protections, and pro-life policies.
Binkley is one of several Republicans competing in the March 3, 2026, primary for Texas’ 32nd Congressional District. He has positioned himself as a candidate whose experience as a business leader and pastor equips him to address the nation’s long-term economic, security, and cultural challenges through discipline, enforcement, and faith-informed leadership.
