The Dallas Cowboys are planning to renovate the suites and premium clubs at AT&T Stadium through a $180 million project.

According to the project details available through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the project will be privately funded, handled by HKS, INC — the original AT&T Stadium architects — and provide an “interior refresh of premium clubs and suites with new millwork and finishes.”

The Cowboys did not respond to requests for further information.

The Sports Business Journal previously reported that the stadium would be undergoing $295 million in renovations leading up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will hold some of its matches in Arlington, possibly including the championship match.

Since opening in May 2009, AT&T Stadium has become a model for other football stadiums and has hosted several high-profile events like the Super Bowl, the College Football Playoff, college football bowl games, the Big 12 Football Championship, the Men’s Basketball Final Four, the NBA All-Star Game, Wrestltemania, Supercross, and many concerts.

According to NBC 5 DFW, the new project is expected to be completed in July 2025.

The Cowboys will play their final preseason game of the year at the stadium against the Las Vegas Raiders at 7 p.m. CT on Saturday.
