A multi-million dollar home in one of Dallas County’s most prestigious neighborhoods is up for sale.

The former home of Dallas personal injury attorney Brian Loncar, who gained wide recognition with his branding as “The Strong Arm” in TV commercials, hit the market for $8.5 million.

Located at 4408 Arcady Ave. in Highland Park, the luxury French-inspired home spans roughly 10,000 square feet and includes a six-bedroom, ten-bathroom layout.

The property was built in 1985 and features soaring ceilings and a grand curved staircase in the foyer, a handsome wood-paneled study just off the entryway, sequestered space, and multiple living areas that cater to every occasion, according to a property listing by Allie Beth Allman & Associates, a Dallas-based real estate agency and Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.

Some of the property’s highlights include an unexpected card room with an updated bar, an immense second-floor game room with an office and full bath, two ensuite bedrooms and a sitting room on the third floor, an oversized jacuzzi, a special primary suite with his-her baths, and a three-car garage, says listing agent Susan Shannon of Allie Beth Allman & Associates.

Having been on the market for just over a week, little time has passed for news to spread about the listing. An open house took place Sunday to allow the general public a chance to view the property.

According to the Dallas Central Appraisal District (DCAD), the home and the land it sits on have a market value of $7.8 million and $2.4 million, respectively, reported The Dallas Morning News. DCAD records show that Sue Loncar is listed as the homeowner. Loncar died in 2016 due to an accidental overdose.

The home is not likely to stay listed for long, with the Highland Park neighborhood of Dallas being considered one of the most desirable and upscale places to live in Texas, according to a recent report from CashNetUSA. The report tracked the most expensive neighborhood in every U.S. state using the latest real estate data from Zillow.
