Local Chef Carves a Name for Himself

Since 2017, CT’s MealPrep and Catering LLC has been serving the DFW metroplex and providing good, healthy, and flavorful food to the people of Dallas and surrounding communities.

Through hard work and dedication, while keeping God first — Chris Turman, owner of CT’s MealPrep and Catering LLC, has built his business from the ground up, reaching new and higher levels.

He also attributes the “great work ethic, humbleness, and love for people” that he and his brother share to his late parents.

“Our breakout catering event happened back in 2019,” said Turman, 36, speaking with The Dallas Express.

“We served 400-plus guests in Dallas, and let’s just say the crowd went wild. At that time, it was our biggest event, and every guest was satisfied,” said Turman.

Recently Turman catered the Hood 2 Hood Picnic Racing event on September 24. The Dallas Express attended and was surprised to find that the food offered to spectators and staff was free.

This was the second consecutive year that CT’s MealPrep and Catering has catered the Event, Turman told The Dallas Express.

The food Turman provides to his customers is a range of delights: grilled chicken, ground turkey, grilled salmon, and sliced steak, to name a few. Some of the sides offered with every entrée are asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, squash, and brown rice.

Turman’s catering company offers a variety of meal options. Whatever his clients choose is always a good choice.

The caterer is on a mission to provide healthier food and great customer service to the community he serves.

“Since we first started operating, we’ve developed a family that is just as particular about good food as we are! We serve the DFW Metroplex with flavorful food,” Turman continued. “We source fresh ingredients and cook every dish with love. We have signature dishes, but the entire menu is worth a try.”

Dallas is known for a lot of things, and having great food is one of them.

Not only does Turman cater to the tastebuds, but he also offers a list of services. Chef-prepared dinners with two platters are reasonably priced, and booking CT’s Black Box Food Truck will afford you and your guest’s convenience as well as variety.

For clients wanting an even more personal touch, he offers a private chef experience. No matter the occasion or location, he delights in cooking for others.

“We love being able to provide great products to people,” said Turman.

“Being able to interact with guests is one of the most joyful parts of the job. Seeing people happy while eating and having a good time brings so much joy to our hearts,” Turman added.
