Federal safety officials have announced four separate recalls involving children’s products sold nationwide, citing hazards that include choking, suffocation, falls, and serious injury risks.

The recalls, announced June 18 by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, affect more than 78,000 products sold online and in retail stores across the United States.

GOPO Teething Toys Recalled After Choking Incidents

The largest recall involves approximately 70,410 GOPO TOYS Pull String Teething Toys.

According to the recall notice, the silicone strings on the toys are longer and smaller than allowed under mandatory federal toy safety standards. Officials said the strings can reach the back of a child’s throat and become lodged, creating a risk of respiratory distress and potentially deadly choking.

The company has received three reports of children experiencing choking or respiratory distress after the strings reached the back of their throats.

The recalled toys feature an off-white disc with a gray center ball, six multicolored silicone pull strings, and seven soft push buttons. They were sold on Amazon from August 2023 through March 2026 for $11 to $15.

Consumers should immediately stop using the toys, remove them from children, and contact GOPO Toys for a full refund.

Baby Loungers Recalled Due to Suffocation Risks

About 2,355 CooCooBaby Baby Loungers have also been recalled because they fail to meet federal safety requirements for infant sleep products.

The recall affects both the Classic and Deluxe versions of the loungers.

Officials said the products pose multiple hazards, including suffocation risks from overly thick sleeping pads, sides that are too short to properly secure infants, and openings that could allow infants to fall out or become trapped. The products also lack a stand, creating an additional fall hazard.

No injuries have been reported.

The loungers were sold through CooCooBabyOfficial.com and Amazon between December 2024 and March 2026 for $35 to $70.

Consumers are advised to stop using the loungers immediately and contact the company for a refund.

Joolz Car Seat Adapters Pulled Over Fall Hazard

Joolz USA has recalled approximately 3,840 Aer2 Car Seat Adapters designed for use with Joolz Aer2 strollers.

The adapters can fail to properly attach to the stroller, potentially causing an attached infant car seat to detach and fall.

The company has received one report of an adapter detaching from a stroller. No injuries have been reported.

The black plastic adapters were sold as accessories at Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, specialty retailers, and online from June 2025 through May 2026 for about $50.

Consumers should immediately stop using the adapters, remove them from strollers, and contact Joolz to arrange a refund.

Doll Playsets Recalled Over Choking Hazards

A separate recall affects approximately 2,200 BABESIDE Doll and Stroller playsets sold on Amazon.

The recall involves a toy pacifier and a plush bear included in the playset. Officials said the pacifier violates federal small-parts regulations for products intended for children under age 3 and poses a choking hazard. The eyes on the plush bear can also detach, creating an additional choking risk.

No injuries have been reported.

The playsets were sold online between July 2025 and January 2026 for about $40.

Consumers are being instructed to immediately remove the pacifier and plush bear from children’s reach and contact HYBDOLLS for free replacement accessories.

Safety Reminder for Parents

Federal safety officials urge parents and caregivers to stop using recalled products immediately and follow the manufacturers’ instructions for refunds or replacements.

Consumers can find additional recall information through the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the affected manufacturers’ recall websites.
