Tyler Robinson’s “transgender” roommate, Lance Twiggs, was reportedly removed from his family home for being “problematic.”

Authorities confirmed that Robinson was arrested last week in connection with Charlie Kirk’s assassination, as The Dallas Express previously reported.

In speaking of Twiggs, a relative who chose to remain anonymous reportedly said, “[His father] thought he wasn’t being respectful and was problematic, so they kicked him out,” according to Fox News. “He then lived with [his grandparents] until he was 18 and graduated from high school,” the relative added.

The relative reportedly said Twiggs struggled with substance abuse and  “gender identity,” and that Twiggs was “transitioning” from male to female.

As previously reported by The Dallas Express, senior FBI officials said Robinson and Twiggs were in a “romantic relationship” and shared an apartment in St. George. Officials said Twiggs has been “extremely cooperative” and stressed that he “had no idea” Robinson was allegedly planning to assassinate Kirk.

“He moved into a townhome and paid full rent, and there were other college roommates at the time,” the relative told Fox News.

The anonymous relative confirmed that Robinson and the roommate had a romantic relationship.

“The other college roommates eventually all moved out, and [he] stayed and Tyler became his roommate,” the relative said.
