Not sure what to do this weekend? Here are the top 10 events happening throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area that are sure to keep you entertained:

  1. Bluey’s Big Play The Stage Show: If you have young children, there is a good chance they are fans of Bluey and the rest of the Heeler family. Catch the crew performing live at the Majestic Theatre on Friday at 6:30 p.m. or Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  2. Monster Energy AMA Supercross: Looking to add some excitement to your weekend? Enjoy some of the SuperMotorcross World Championship series at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Friday at 6:00 p.m.
  3. Verdigris Ensemble presents Dust Bowl: Anthony J. Maglione’s commissioned piece, Dust Bowl, incorporates survivor testimonies, newspaper clippings, and diary entries to narrate the 1930s Dust Bowl era in a live performance. Shows run Friday at 7:30 p.m. and twice on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
  4. Dallas’ Best Tacos & Margaritas Tour: Just because National Margarita Day has passed does not mean you cannot still celebrate this weekend. Sample tasty eats at four taco spots in the City, and enjoy what was crowned the ‘Best Margarita in Dallas.’
  5. Hyena’s presents Adam Ray: Multi-talented comedian, actor, and YouTube sensation Adam Ray performs four times this weekend: 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Friday and again at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
  6. Phillip Phillips Live: Catch the winner of the 11th season of American Idol in person at the Longhorn Ballroom on Friday at 8:00 p.m.
  7. Erykah Badu: Another Badu Birthday Bash: Dallas-native Erykah Badu continues the tradition of celebrating her birthday each year with a performance at The Factory at Deep Ellum at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
  8. Good Energy Movement Pop-Up: Looking to have a productive weekend? The Sculpt Society offers a 30-minute workout followed by complimentary cocktails and “light bites provided by Astral Tequila,” according to the event’s details. The event runs on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.
  9. Beetlejuice Live: The musical iteration of Beetlejuice is in Dallas after its run on Broadway. Multiple performances are running this weekend, beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
  10. Brilliants – A Journey Across Time and Line: Texas Ballet Theatre hosts four shows this weekend, each of which will include four unique performances: Without Borders, Grand Pas Classique, Le Corsaire Pas de Deux, and Rubies. The production runs at 8:00 p.m. Friday, 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Saturday, and once more at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.
