The MorningSave online discount store — featured on television shows such as The Kelly Clarkson Show, Rachel Ray, Entertainment Tonight, and The Talk — is opening a flagship retail store in Plano.

Soon MorningSave shoppers will be able to see merchandise firsthand at a brick and mortar store while taking advantage of the flash sale prices they see advertised on television. While MorningSave already has a substantial online presence, expanding to physical stores gives shoppers an experience that intertwines storytelling and significant savings of 60% or more.

The store is putting a new spin on how shoppers experience retail shopping, bringing a tech-forward approach to old-school big-box retail. Consumers can find discounts on a wide range of merchandise categories such as home, kitchen, beauty, technology, and accessories.

Launching its new store in Texas was a no-brainer for MorningSave’s parent company Mercatalyst Inc., located in Carrollton, Texas.

The founders of daily-deal pioneer Woot founded Mercatalyst as an innovative solution for manufacturers to turn difficult inventory situations into exciting retail events. Mercatalyst reaches millions of customers through its family of websites and partnerships with digital media and famous television personalities and shows.

MorningSave is looking forward to welcoming customers to its grand opening event, which will take place from April 29 to May 1. The store is offering a 20% coupon for guests to use on any purchase during its three-day welcome party to sweeten the pot of exclusive savings. In addition, during the grand opening weekend, the first fifty customers each day will receive a free mystery box with purchase.

Located in the Preston Shepard Shopping Center, the new MorningSave store is next to Nordstrom’s Rack at 1701 Preston Rd, Plano, TX 75093. Now you can save money online and in person.
