The cheerleading stars of the hit series “Cheer” on Netflix have signed on to take their performances nationally with the Cheer Live 2022 Tour.

Some of the cast plan to hit the road this coming summer with appearances scheduled for the Dallas-Fort Worth area and more. Both squads from Cheer are set to perform, the squad from Navarro College and Trinity Valley Community College.

Of the two rival squads, Gabi Butler, Morgan Simianer, Dee Joseph, James Thomas, Jeron Hazelwood, Gillian Rupert, Maddy Brum, Angel Rice, Cassadee Dunlap have all signed on to appear, with more cheerleaders expected to join the tour at a later date, according to Dallas Culture Maps. The coach of the Navarro squad, Monica Aldama,  is also set to make a guest appearance.

“The premiere athletes all make mat for an electrifying exhibition of never-before-seen stunts and stage performances that are sure to have fans on the edge of their seats,” the official press release shared.

Adding, ”Without the restraints of score cards, judges, and time limits, ‘Cheer Live’ will transform the nail-biting sport of competitive cheerleading into a first of its kind premier athletic event staged with the epic production value of a live concert.”

The Cheer Live 2022 Tour is slated to kick off on June 1 with the cheerleaders’ first stop in San Diego, California. The tour will then continue through 38 cities with stops in Raleigh, NC, Houston, Texas, Irving, Texas, Austin, Texas, Amarillo, Texas, and more.

Rebel Athletic is the official sponsor of the Cheer Live 2022 Tour. Citi cardmembers will be able to grab presale tickets from February 1 through February 3. Tickets will be available to the public beginning February 4 on Ticketmaster.
