After finding intrigue in Paris street vendors and their ability to supply customers with delicious crepes to go, chef Oded Yefet has built a franchise around the sweet and savory treat.

Crepe Delicious now has over 60 locations in North America with the latest set to open in Frisco, TX at Stonebriar Center. This will be their first location in the lone star state. A majority of Crepe Delicious stores are located on the East Coast of the United States and in Canada, the home country of owner Yefet, who started the franchise in 2004.

According to CultureMap Dallas, Crepe Delicious will open in the coming weeks. The shop will offer a variety of crepes made from all fresh ingredients to suit everyone’s taste. The menu will include breakfast crepes that channel Western and Florentine omelets, ham & cheese, and chicken with various international flavor options.

For sweet lovers, Crepe Delicious plans to offer Nutella-filled crepes, strawberry, cookies & cream, s’mores, fruit patisserie, banana, dulce, caramel apple, and more. Crepe Delicious will also offer panini sandwiches, salads, and gelato. The location also plans to offer catering.

“We are extremely excited for the opening of our fifth location in the United States,” Elik Farin, COO of Crepe Delicious Holdings Inc., shared in a statement. “With so many people on the go, the demand for healthy food has sparked a growing need for health-oriented alternatives in the quick-service industry.”

Crepe Delicious is the perfect fit for Stonebriar Centre in Frisco as the shopping area offers a mix of foods, culture, and entertainment. An official opening date has yet to be announced. Customers can find Crepe Delicious next to Nordstrom.
