Dallas police reported a deadly car crash along the service road near Forest Lane in the early hours of February 24. One person died in the crash, as reported by FOX 4 News.
Police said that a person driving an SUV Northbound on Highway 75 lost control of the vehicle. The car then swerved from the road and hit a tree. The impact of the crash caused the vehicle to catch fire.
The identity of the driver has not been released.
Police said they do not know for sure if the car crash was caused or impacted in any way by the icy road conditions that have plagued the DFW Metroplex in the last week.
