The Department of Justice is preparing to issue grand jury subpoenas in a probe targeting former CIA Director John Brennan. Officials in Miami and Washington, D.C., are coordinating under U.S. Attorney Jason Reding Quiñones of the Southern District of Florida.
Evidence will be presented to a grand jury in South Florida. Brennan has not been indicted. Fox News earlier reported that Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey were under investigation; Comey’s trial is scheduled for January.
