Three sisters are accusing a Dallas police officer of abusing and threatening them.

In an interview with WFAA, the sisters, now in their 20s, narrated their story, saying they were teenagers when they met Dallas Police Officer Tyrone Williams Jr.

One of the three ran away from home and got arrested after getting in trouble. The girls said Williams was the responding officer.

According to the sisters, their mother came and bailed out the daughter who had been arrested. When she got out of the facility, she was apparently sent to live with Williams, whom her mother had befriended.

“He abused me the first night my mother left me alone with him,” the girl alleged.

The girls claim they began to frequently spend time at Williams’ home, and that he would often check them out of school. It was then he began to abuse the other two.

“He would just come and get us and take us to his house, and stuff started to happen,” they said.

The girls said Williams threatened them into complying.

“If we wouldn’t do stuff with him, he threatened to do something to us or our mother,” they said.

According to their account, the girls were so afraid of Williams that they felt they could not report the abuse for a while. Later, they told a relative, who took them to the police to report the abuse.

The girls said nobody believed them, no charges were filed against Williams, and he retained his position as a police officer.

The three moved on, but later they spoke up again about the case after another person came forward last year with a similar story.

The other girl said she was also arrested, and her mother — whom Williams had befriended — let the teen stay at his home. According to her, Williams abused her during her stay in his home.

Per court documents, the girl said she was sleeping when she woke up to Williams stroking her thighs with his bare hand, his legs over hers.

As previously reported by The Dallas Express, Williams was arrested due to the girl’s accusation of abuse and put on administrative leave in June 2021. He was then released on bail.

The three sisters were relieved to hear that someone else had come forward and that their stories were similar. Investigators with the Dallas Police Department looked into their account again and arrested Williams on a second sexual assault of a child charge in connection with one of the sister’s cases.

Williams was taken to the Dallas County jail. The two charges against the officer have not yet been brought before a grand jury, and he has not been indicted.

However, the DPD is conducting an internal affairs investigation into the allegations to determine whether Williams should be fired from the force.

Williams’ attorney, Scottie Allen, gave the following statement to WFAA:

“Officer Williams is an exemplary officer who has enjoyed an outstanding reputation amongst the citizens he has protected and served. Unfortunately, good officers aren’t immune from patently false and totally unsupported allegations. These young ladies were severely troubled youth with a myriad of disciplinary and mental health issues. What’s even more troubling than their stories, is the fact that there are those who would use them for profit and to vindicate their petty politics. We look forward to bringing this case before the proper tribunal as quickly as possible for full and complete vindication!!”

Nevertheless, the sisters are encouraging other potential victims of Williams’ abuse to come forward and speak out.

“Don’t be afraid to tell your story about anything,” they urged.
