Dallas police have shared images of a suspect in the Saturday shooting outside a strip mall at Vickery Meadow in Dallas.

The suspect was identified by police as 39-year-old Houston Littles IV.

As previously reported by The Dallas Express, officers with the Dallas Police Department responded to shots fired at the 8400 block of Park Lane close to Fair Oaks Avenue on September 10. Upon arrival, they discovered two men had been shot in a parking lot outside the strip mall.

One of the men, identified by the medical examiner as 35-year-old Bobby Lockhart, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other, identified as 30-year-old Sir Milton Evans, was taken to the hospital for treatment but later died on September 12.

Police did not initially mention a person of interest, but after reviewing surveillance footage, they announced their search for a suspect. The man in the video, police said, can be seen in the video shooting a victim multiple times and taking the victim’s property. It is unclear who the victim is. Further details of the investigation were not released.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the suspect or who has information that could help authorities solve the case is encouraged to contact DPD Homicide Detective Jake Morgan #9739 at 214-425-9905 or via email at [email protected]. Callers should refer to case No.165233-2022.
