The Fort Worth Police Department is asking the public for aid in identifying a well-dressed man suspected of robbing a bank.

Officials said that the robbery occurred on November 23 at a Bank of America on West 7th Street in Fort Worth, according to a press release. Security cameras captured images of the robber, but his face was obscured by a white surgical mask.

However, the alleged robber had entered the bank wearing a blue jacket, khakis, a white hat, and prescription glasses. He was said to be a white male between the ages of 60 and 70 years old.

The robber allegedly handed the bank teller a note demanding money and showed a firearm. Officials said that he then got away with about $5,000 in cash.

Police are asking citizens with any information to contact Detective Johnson at 817-984-0379.
