When a teenage girl disappeared outside Houston on Christmas, her father saved her from an alleged pedophile.
Giovanni Rosales Espinoza, 23, allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl the evening of December 25, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. The girl’s father used her phone to track her down and rescue her.
Espinoza is an El Salvador national, said the Department of Homeland Security Assistant. Secretary Tricia McLaughlin to The Dallas Express. The suspect was granted a green card under former President Barack Obama’s administration, according to McLaughlin.
As of the time of the alleged event, Espinoza was living in Porter, Texas.
“Following his conviction, he will be placed in removal proceedings,” McLaughlin said. “The crimes this alien are alleged to have committed are heinous: kidnapping a girl on Christmas is wicked.”
Espinoza is facing charges for aggravated kidnapping, causing bodily injury by sexual abuse, and indecency with a child by exposure, according to Montgomery County Jail records. He was booked in the early hours of December 26 without bond.
Deputies responded to the kidnapping call at Conner Mills Court in Porter, just 15 minutes south of Colony Ridge – a massive housing development for illegal aliens, as The Dallas Express reported.
The Daily Wire first exposed the development in 2023. It has since proven a magnet for crime like cartels, drugs, and even a prior teen abduction.
The Kidnapping
On December 25, 2025, around 4:50 p.m., deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported kidnapping in Porter, Texas. A 15-year-old girl had not returned from walking her dog, prompting her parents to investigate using parental controls to track her phone. They found her in a maroon pickup truck with a partially nude 23-year-old man, nearly 2 miles away in a secluded area. The father assisted her escape and then called the authorities, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
They arrested Espinoza “without incident” and booked him into jail.
“Investigations revealed that the suspect had threatened the victim with a knife and abducted her from the street,” the release reads.
Anyone with information about this case should call 936-760-5876 or call Multi-County Crime Stoppers at 800-392-7867.
“Christmas is a day meant for joy, but this man chose to shatter that joy by targeting a child,” said Sheriff Wesley Doolittle in the release. “Rest assured that your sheriff’s office remains vigilant every hour of every day to keep your families safe.”
