Woman Allegedly Shot at Four Dallas Police Officers

Dallas police are investigating after a woman opened fire on four officers on Sunday in Bishop Arts.   

According to the Dallas Police, officers responded to a call at a business located in the 300 block of Davis Street just after 1 am.   

Two officers who were working off duty but in their full uniforms requested additional officers for assistance on an unrelated case. As the four officers stood in the parking lot of the business, they heard gunshots nearby.   

Police said the officers responded and saw a woman with a handgun close to a grey vehicle. According to Dallas police, the woman allegedly began shooting at the officers when they told her to drop the weapon.    

Police said the woman fled the scene, with none of the officers returning fire. Police said no injuries were reported.    

Dallas police said that investigation into the incident is ongoing.
