Someone purchased a jackpot-winning ticket worth an estimated annuitized $6.75 million in the Lotto Texas drawing on March 5.
To win the lottery, a ticket has to have all six numbers from the set that is drawn.
According to the Texas Lottery, the winning Quick Pick ticket matched all the numbers drawn — 4-14-37-39-51-52.
The Texas Lottery revealed that the winning ticket was purchased at 1216 Northwest Highway in Grapevine.
The lucky individual has not yet claimed their prize. The Texas Lottery gives winners a 180-day window from the draw date to do so.
“We look forward to meeting the third Lotto Texas jackpot winner of 2022,” said Executive Director of the Texas Lottery Gary Grief.
The ticket buyer opted to be paid in cash, so the winner will receive $5,026,433.26 before taxes have been deducted.
