Police Department Seeking Identity of Burglary Suspect

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a burglary suspect who broke into a convenience store on February 2.

According to Dallas Police, the suspect broke into a convenience store located in the 6500 block of Lake June Road at approximately 1:30 a.m. The suspect stole a carton of Newport cigarettes from the store.

Dallas Police said the suspect also walked into another nearby convenience store in the 6300 block of Lake June Road at approximately 2 a.m. and got into a confrontation with an employee.

Officers also stated the employee at the second store had told them the suspect is known to frequent the area.

The department released an image of the suspect that was captured by his victim’s surveillance video.

Dallas PD is asking anyone with information that might lead to the suspect’s arrest to call Detective T. French #9182 with the Dallas Police Department Southeast Investigative Unit at 214-671-0112 or Crime Stoppers at 1-877-373-TIPS (8477).
