Missing 9-Year-Old Boy Found Safe

Dallas Police announced via The Dallas Police Department Beat (DPD Beat) that a boy, Ashton Griffin, was missing yesterday morning.

According to the post on The DPD Beat, the boy was last seen Sunday morning, January 23, in the 400 block of West Louisiana Avenue in central Oak Cliff. Police say he was walking in an unknown direction at about 10:30 a.m.

According to the report, the boy, Ashton Griffin, was last seen at 414W. Louisiana Avenue, Dallas. Police described him as a 9-year-old Black male with a height of 4’10 and a weight of about 90 pounds. They also reported that he has brown eyes and black hair.

The Dallas Police Department initially requested the public’s assistance in finding Griffin. However, they later updated the post to announce that the boy had been found and is safe.

The circumstances surrounding Griffin’s disappearance are unknown. The Dallas Police Department did not release any other information surrounding the situation.
