A man is in Dallas police custody for allegedly creating child pornography. Germond Miller, 31, is accused of filming himself with children.

Police launched an investigation into Miller on October 14 when someone sent a cyber tip to the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC). The tip said that Miller was uploading child pornography to internet sites.

According to a news release by Dallas police, finding and arresting Miller was a high priority for the police as he had access to a child. Finding Miller became a joint effort within the North Texas ICAC Task Force, the U.S. Secret Service, and the Dallas Police Department’s Crimes Against Person’s Operational Support Team.

After a two-day search, Miller was found in Irving and arrested by the Irving Police Department during a traffic stop.

Dallas police attributed Miller’s arrest to teamwork between different agencies. “This extraordinary teamwork led to the arrest of this child predator,” the department said in a news release.

In police custody, Miller gave a full confession and admitted the allegations, saying he victimized ten girls in the filming, producing, and selling child pornography over the last six years.

Aside from the charge of possession of child pornography, Miller was also charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and sexual performance of a child. Miller’s bond is set at $250,000.

Anyone who has been a victim of Miller or who knows anyone who has can contact the North Texas ICAC Task Force at 214-671-4281.
