According to Dallas police, a man was fatally shot near a west Oak Cliff apartment complex on Tuesday night.
The shooting occurred in the 4300 block of Wyoming Street, close to Highland Road Village Apartments near South Cockrell Hill Road, around 8 p.m.
Police said someone shot the man from inside a parked car.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he died. Police have not identified him.
The shooter fled before the arrival of the police. A description of the potential suspect or the vehicle remains unknown.
