Man Fatally Shot at Dallas Apartment Complex

The Dallas Police Department has revealed that a 50-year-old man was fatally shot on Thursday, Oct. 14, at an apartment complex in Far Northeast Dallas, Dallas News reported.

The shooting incident occurred at Estancia Apartments on Audelia Road, close to Walnut Street and Dallas College Richland Campus. Officers of the Dallas Police Department responded to the apartment complex shortly around 10:30 p.m after a call alerted them to the shooting.

Responding officers found Kerwin Martin unresponsive in the apartment complex’s parking lot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Dallas police did not provide any further details on the shooting. However, police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding Martin’s fatal shooting.
