Fort Worth Police Department has taken Dcormon Harris, 27, into custody after a joint effort by the Human Trafficking Unit, Criminal Tracking Unit, and SWAT.
The man is charged with trafficking a person under 18 years of age into forced prostitution. The victim associated with this charge is 16 years old.
Police were notified of Harris’ whereabouts and located him using a covert operation.
The underage victim was returned home and remains safe.
