A pedestrian got hit by a Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) bus around Downtown Dallas just before midnight on February 10. Per a report by FOX 4 News, the accident happened along the Dallas North Tollway near the Maple Avenue bridge.
The impact of the crash shattered the bus’s windshield.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No one on the bus was hurt.
The exact circumstances of the incident remain unknown. It is not clear whether the victim was trying to cross the street or walking in the roadway when he was hit.
