Dallas Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Armed Robbery Suspect

The Dallas Police Department is asking for help from the public to identify a man suspected of robbing a business at gunpoint in January.

The armed robbery took place in the 300 block of North Marsalis Avenue on January 13, 2026, at about 10:25 p.m., according to information released by the department.

Surveillance footage shows the suspect walking into the business, aiming a handgun at an employee and demanding the cash register, police said. He then took the cash drawer and fled on foot.

 

Investigators described the suspect as a Black male standing about 6 feet tall and weighing roughly 170 pounds. He was wearing a gray hoodie and black pants at the time of the incident.
