In response to customer feedback, DART has announced some changes to its bus and GoLink service, effective September 26.

There will be some overall route changes and changes specifically to the schedules of Routes 13, 45, 218, 232, and 235.

The changes are as follows:

DART Bus Route 45 (Marsalis) will provide more direct service to Camp Wisdom Station, but it will discontinue service to Concerto, Lazy River, Sax Leigh, Troyglen and Firebird.

For DART Bus Route 224 (I-30 Broadway) and Route 383 (Lake Ray Hubbard Transit Center Express), all trips between Lake Ray Hubbard Transit Center and downtown Dallas have been changed as of August 1, to travel through Green Belt, Duck Creek, and Broadway. These changes reestablished service to the Walmart Supercenter and other businesses in the area.

The DART Bus Route 230 (Irving Boulevard DFW) was returned to DFW’s Remote South Parking Lot this summer after the Airport Rental Car Center was relocated.

DART Bus Route 436 (Parkland Empire Central Shuttle) was discontinued this August. There will be a public hearing on September 27 to determine whether Routes 434 and 435 should also cease operating.

UT-Southwestern shuttles 422 and 423 would continue to service the area, and DART Routes 1, 23, 57, 101, 213, 219, 222, and 230. DART Bus Route 442 (SMU Blue Express Shuttle) replaced the Bush Library/Meadows Museum shuttle for SMU on August 1. Buses on the new route will serve 14 stops between the East campus and the Main campus, half-hourly from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm.

GoLink service in the Keller Springs Zone has been extended beyond the northern zone boundaries to the Walmart at 18121 Marsh Ln. and Frankford Road.

GoLink service in the Preston Hollow Zone along the Dennis Road corridor has been extended three-quarters of a mile to the west, providing new access to Royal Lane Station, the transfer island to Park Cities GoLink at Marsh Lane and Northwest Highway, and the Walmart at Marsh and Midway Road. This change adds GoLink service to Sierra Vista Apartments, Northaven Park Apartments, and Northaven Terrace Apartments.
