Medmax Technologies Inc. is a leading medical billing firm offering a range of outsourcing options providing medical billing, credentialing, practice management, and revenue cycle services to healthcare providers throughout the United States. The company’s mission is to implement artificial intelligence-based technologies in the medical resource management industry.

The two companies are joining forces in this joint venture to provide Medmax Technologies Inc. with debt and equity financing, participating directly in the strategic growth of JR Dallas Wealth Management in the healthcare industry.
