‘3T Pro’ Extends Its Services with New Support Plans

Representatives of 3T Pro, a Dallas-area IT support and consulting firm, have announced that it now offers three support plans for its managed IT services. The new plans will provide various options for small and medium-sized businesses to meet their needs and budget.   

The company has been serving the wider Dallas area since 1992, providing 24/7 Computer Support and IT Services to a wide cross-section of businesses across Ft. Worth, Dallas, and North Texas. They provide organizations with the expert skills and knowledge they need to implement a painless and efficient network-wide IT support system.    

The company’s decision to introduce three managed IT services plans may be very timely, as only five percent of corporate records are adequately protected. A staggering 88 percent of organizations worldwide have experienced significant problems with their IT services, according to industry data from Varonis.   

The new plans are divided into three tier levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum Support.    

The Silver plan consists of solid and impenetrable protection of the company’s network, which can be added simply and effectively to the business network’s already present security. It is particularly flexible in pricing as it offers a discounted hourly rate – perfect for small and medium-sized companies.    

The Gold plan provides the same level of impenetrable security as the Silver plan, plus unlimited remote IT support from 3T Pro. In addition to this, client companies have access to Office 365 subscriptions, email security filters, disaster recovery backups, and several optional features. Gold tier-level support is offered at a fixed monthly rate, unlike the Silver plan.    

The Platinum package offers all the features of the Silver and Gold plans, plus full-support technical services.
