Democratic Texas Railroad Commission candidate Jon Rosenthal follows several social media accounts associated with “transgender-themed” content, including one that links to adult subscription platforms, according to a review by The Dallas Express.

At the time of the investigation, DX identified two “transgender-related” accounts among approximately 50 accounts Rosenthal follows on Bluesky, along with a separate account on X that periodically posts sexually explicit videos.

One Bluesky account, H.R.T. Pufnstuf (@cpt.janey.gay), identifies its operator as the founder and hostess of “Trans Slumber Party,” a website advertising biweekly online gatherings for “transgender” and “nonbinary” adults.

The website describes the events as Zoom parties and warns participants that gatherings may include nudity and discussions of adult subjects.

“This party is for adults 18+. Minors are not allowed. You must be over 18 to join. There may be nudity and discussions of adult topics. Please read the room, though. Consent is vital. Do not pressure others to do something they don’t want to, especially as it pertains to the above bullet point,” the website states.

The Dallas Express also identified two posts by H.R.T. Pufnstuf that Rosenthal’s account reportedly liked. One included the hashtag “#TransSlumberParty!”

Another account Rosenthal follows on Bluesky identifies itself as Cloudy, or @oncoude.bsky.social, and uses the description “trans, i don’t know what sex is. be nice to me.”

The account’s external link directs visitors to a page featuring links to OnlyFans and Fansly, platforms that allow creators to sell subscription content, including adult material.

The account has also published provocative posts, including an image that appears to depict its operator nude on the floor, accompanied by the caption, “THE RAPTURE IS REAL. I WILL SEE YOU ALL IN HEAVEN.”

Separately, The Dallas Express identified an X account called Lily (@vintagelilye) among the accounts Rosenthal follows. The account periodically publishes pornographic videos and lists July 2026 as its creation date.

That date falls during the 2026 campaign, when Rosenthal and Republican opponent Bo French were already competing for the Railroad Commission seat. However, the account’s creation date does not establish when Rosenthal followed it.

The findings follow a separate controversy involving Rosenthal’s past remarks about nudity at Pride events.

Earlier this month, Texas Scorecard reported on a resurfaced video in which Rosenthal discussed whether he would participate in a Pride parade without clothing.

“You know, I’m a little overweight, so I kind of draw the line at getting naked,” Rosenthal said. “But if I was in better shape, I would be pretty cool with it.”

French criticized his Democratic opponent in a statement to The Dallas Express.

“The more we learn about Jon Rosenthal the more he continues to prove himself as the most brazen and depraved Democrat running statewide this cycle,” French said.

The social media findings raise questions about Rosenthal’s online activity, although the identified follows and likes do not establish that he purchased adult content, participated in the online gatherings or endorsed every post published by the accounts.

The Dallas Express reached out to Rosenthal for comment but did not receive a response.

The social media follows, likes, account descriptions, links, and content described in this report were publicly visible when reviewed by The Dallas Express. A follow or like does not, by itself, establish when the interaction occurred, that Rosenthal was aware of all content associated with an account, or that he endorsed, purchased, participated in, or otherwise engaged with that content. Social media accounts and their content may also be changed, added to, or removed after publication.
