Frisco drivers should prepare for detours and delays as the city begins several pavement replacement projects this week across multiple neighborhoods.
According to the City of Frisco, five roadway projects are underway, with work expected to continue through late October, weather permitting. Crews are focusing on residential areas including Del Webb Boulevard at Sugartree Lane, Hearthstone Drive, Quest Court, Waterbury Drive, and Kings Ridge Road.
The most extensive work is occurring on Kings Ridge Road between Castle Drive and Camelot Drive, where crews are addressing both pavement and utility infrastructure.
Four other sites are receiving standard pavement replacement at the following locations:
- Del Webb Boulevard at Sugartree Lane
- 4400 block of Hearthstone Drive
- 7900 block of Quest Court
- 6600 block of Waterbury Drive
Each project is expected to take about two weeks to complete, though weather delays may extend the schedule. Residents can view detailed project maps and updates through the city’s website.
