A Dallas ISD school bus was involved in a crash this Monday morning with two box trucks in Mesquite on I-630 near I-30.
Fox 4 News reported there were a total of 47 persons on board at the time of the crash, including the children, teachers, and the driver. Two students were treated for minor injuries, but no serious injuries were reported.
After the accident, students were placed in a safe location away from traffic until a Mesquite ISD bus arrived to transport them to school.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
