Dallas police have identified the third person killed in a shooting at a West Dallas short-term rental where authorities said a party was taking place.

The third victim was identified as 24-year-old Jaiden Cooper, the Dallas Police Department said in an update to its homicide release.

Police previously identified the other two victims as 20-year-old Jaiclyn Scott and 19-year-old Journie Griffin.

Officers responded around 12:20 a.m. Tuesday to a shooting call in the 3700 block of Vilbig Road. When they arrived, they found three people who had been shot by an unknown suspect, according to police.

Two victims died at the scene, and a third died at a hospital.

A fourth shooting victim was taken to a hospital by private vehicle and was listed in stable condition, police said.

Police said investigators believe the victims were at the location, described as a short-term rental, for a party.

The investigation remains ongoing under case number 075216-2026. Police have not announced an arrest.
