Douglas Elliman has announced the opening of a new, more prominent real estate office in Dallas.
The office will allow agents to better serve one of the country’s hottest markets.
Douglas Elliman handles listings in some of Dallas’s most prestigious neighborhoods. The agency has listed epic properties, including former Dallas Cowboys running back Emmitt Smith’s mansion, as previously reported by The Dallas Express.
“Opening this new office underscores Douglas Elliman’s commitment to expanding our footprint in Dallas and better serving our clients here,” said Scott Durkin, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman, in a press release to DX. “We look forward to deepening our connection to the Dallas-Fort Worth community and celebrating our continued growth in Texas.”
The new office is located at 4514 Travis Street in Travis Walk and will be led by Concho Minick, who managed the previous office. The new space spans 8,274 square feet and offers an array of working areas for staff and agents. There are meeting rooms, a custom kitchen and lounge, and a furnished outdoor patio with a view of Travis Street.

Dallas was ranked the second-highest for closing sales in the nation by RE/MAX in February, as sales surged in January. High-end regions of Dallas have also seen significant sales in recent months. Realtor.com reports that the price of a home in the Highland Park neighborhood, an area that Douglas Elliman serves, averages $5 million. The least expensive home identified for sale is currently $610,000.
