Police responded to the incident in Arnold’s District 4 for a homicide, but Arnold’s district has been the subject of The Dallas Express’ coverage about drug-related offenses increasing in her district.

Arnold’s District 4 borders District 8, which is represented by Tennell Atkins and whose district has suffered the most murders this year, as reported by The Dallas Express.
