Keisharene Chanell Santiago, 48, has been arrested by Dallas Police for alleged sexual assault of a child near Rose Haggar Elementary School at approximately 5 p.m. on January 1.
Police say Santiago was walking two white dogs when the assault occurred within the 17800 block of Campbell Road.
The Fugitive Unit of the Dallas Police Department arrested Santiago in the 4800 block of Haverwood Lane on January 25.
Currently held in jail, her bail is set at $250,000.
