Following a report of two injured women, officers from Rowlett PD responded to a Valero gas station located in the 1600 block of Dalrock Road in Rowlett, which is in Rockwall County, on July 4, at approximately 7:28 p.m.
Responding officers found the victims, identified as Hillary Plouck, 31, and Hayley Plouck, 24, with gunshot injuries.
The victims were transported to a local hospital, where Hillary was pronounced dead. Hayley is expected to survive her injuries.
