A Fort Worth paramedic faces aggravated sexual assault charges after allegedly attacking a patient during a December home healthcare visit.

Luke Dickens, 35, turned himself in on February 6 following accusations that he sexually assaulted a victim during a scheduled medical visit in Saginaw.

The Fort Worth Fire Department has placed Dickens on administrative leave pending investigation.

Saginaw police received the sexual assault report on January 13. The alleged attack occurred on December 30, 2025, at a residence on Ridgecrest Drive.

Dickens had been employed with the Fort Worth Fire Department since July 2025. He surrendered at the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office after authorities issued an arrest warrant.

“The Fort Worth Fire Department takes any and all accusations of this nature seriously. We are working in complete cooperation with the Saginaw Police Department. A thorough investigation to collect and review the facts and the circumstances of these allegations is being conducted,” Fort Worth FD said in a statement, Fox 4 KDFW reported.

Police have not identified the victim. Saginaw authorities confirmed their investigation remains ongoing.
