Police report that a woman who was allegedly driving while intoxicated in Far North Dallas was involved in a collision with a motorcyclist Sunday around 9:50 p.m.
The motorcyclist was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed in the 4300 block of Trinity Mill Road when he collided with an SUV that was making a turn. The SUV flipped, and the motorcyclist was lodged in the vehicle during the collision.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders. He has not been identified.
Twenty-six-year-old Madison Rinehart is identified as the driver of the SUV. She was treated at a nearby hospital for injuries and then arrested for driving while intoxicated. As of Monday morning, bail has not been set. She remains in the Dallas County Jail.
