Someone in Arlington claimed a Powerball prize of $1 million for a drawing held on May 23. The second-tier winning Quick Pick ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers drawn, but not the red Powerball number.

The five white ball numbers were 1-33-37-39-42, and the red Powerball number was 26.

The winning ticket was purchased at the A&R Food Store, located at 5960 West Poly Webb Road.

The identity of the winner is unknown as they have asked to stay anonymous.

Tickets are sold for $2, and drawings are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Tickets are sold in Texas until 9:00 p.m., and drawings start by 10:15 p.m.
