Four-star prep cornerback Terrance Brooks has been a busy young man this summer.

Not only is he looking to begin his senior year at Little Elm in east central Denton County, but he has indicated that his academic and athletic future is with Ohio State.

The Coach Hayes Football Twitter account touted Brooks’ penchant of making life for opposing wide receivers miserable in more ways than one.

“He can cover you like a blanket and hit you like a truck,” it posted on July 5.

Buckeye Extra reported that Brooks verbally pledged with one of the top football programs in the nation last month.

The 5-foot-11-inch, 190-pound Brooks will join a team fresh from a College Football Playoff National Championship game appearance, a 52-24 loss to Alabama.

Coincidentally, the national champion Roll Tide held a high position on Brooks’ wish list, the website 247 Sports reported.
